One of Jared Kushner’s many tasks has been helping to modernize information technology at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Kushner and his team at the White House Office of American Innovation have been working on how to upgrade their electronic records system in order to assist veterans with their healthcare needs, and to generally renovate digital recordkeeping within the Department of Veterans Affairs by overhauling their old health records system to make it more operable with the Department of Defense model.
